Wireframes, UAT & Design

We developed over 100 wireframes, refined through iterative UAT and external evaluations, to finalize formatting, filtering, and hierarchy of key asset data.

This transitioned into creating 100+ high-fidelity screens, including dashboards, heatmaps, and tables, to enhance functionality for EPM and APM.

Additonally I also pushed for the Forge APM mobile app, empowering field workers with streamlined access to tasks and SOPs.

The new face of social impact

Context

Purpose is a powerhouse in the social impact sector, and their new digital presence needed to reflect that. Moving into the execution phase, I anchored the design around three non-negotiables:

  • Amplify the Impact: Put the work front and center through highly visual, deep-dive case study architectures.

  • Humanize the Brand: Design spaces that genuinely celebrate the diverse, global team driving the campaigns.

  • Own the Rebrand: Translate their fresh visual identity into a modern, intuitive interface that cuts through the noise of a crowded sector.

My approach ditched the clunky manual data entry and rewired the experience into a seamless, closed-loop system that delivers actionable operational insights in real-time. The result?

  • A radically faster turnaround from spotting a fault to getting it fixed.

  • I also championed a self-driven mobile app initiative that ultimately expanded the product's entire business footprint.

The painpoints addressed

Before touching a single pixel, I partnered with the Purpose team to fundamentally diagnose their digital presence. The brand's core storytelling was getting lost behind a fragmented visual language, buried case studies, and a clunky, inaccessible navigation structure.


I didn't just want to patch the UI; I wanted to elevate the entire brand narrative. I spearheaded the brand discovery phase, drafting structural wireframes that rewired the user journey and aligned internal stakeholders around a cohesive, forward-looking vision.


From there, I translated that strategy into high-fidelity prototypes. Working in lockstep with the internal design team, I ensured this newly unified brand identity wasn't just beautiful in theory, but actually drove engagement through rigorous testing with clients, focus groups, and management.
